I cooked fish that way once, salt encrusted, crusted (?),and it was weird. I knew you’d want to know this.
I know it is normally done with fish, but I don’t care much for fish to begin with and the idea of it having natural flavors enhanced and being juicy just doesn’t do it for me.
Om nom nom nom….
I like how you put up a pic of the roast that failed :)
