Absolutely love the Black Keys. Heard them first on a Buddy Holly tribute album and wasn’t very impressed.
Love their original stuff. They are now an obsessive part of the playlist.
Can’t listen to “Unknown Brother” without bawling but generally, their stuff just rocks. Vids below may be slightly NSFW depending on how your workplace feels about bikinis, violence and t-rex puppets.
Think I’ve mentioned Hugo before. Still love his stuff.
Haven’t listened to anything by The Kills except for this. I suspect I like this because it reminds me of a hot scene in The Losers with Jeffrey Dean Morgan & Zoe Saldana. :)
The OAM picked up the new Rush – Clockwork Angels. Sounds excellent. Some of it sounds like the last Rush album I loved, Presto. But with more rocking and harder stuff all rolled up in a concept album.
Now, if I can decide on a city I want to visit, I might go to a concert again someday… It would be my 4th Rush concert. Even when I didn’t care for the album the tour was supporting, they were always a phenomenal concert.

But it would be silly for you to go to Chicago anyway – they are going to be in San Antonio. :) We haven’t quite settled on where yet, either. San Antonio is in the mix, though. Waiting to hear from this other couple who might be interested in seeing them as well.
