Not too bad…

Strawberry Smash

1 cup fresh sliced strawberries
1 cup strawberry soda
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2-3/4 cup whiskey
750 ml bottle sparkling dry white wine, chilled
2 cups sparkling water, chilled

Combine berries, soda, juice and sugar. Cover and chill 1-24 hours, stirring occasionally. Slightly crush berries with muddler or fork. If desired, strain to remove seeds. Transfer mixture to pitcher. Add whiskey and stir. Cover and chill 15 minutes. Before serving, slowly pour wine and water into pitcher and stir gently to mix. Serve in champagne flutes with additional sliced strawberries if desired.

Didn’t have the need for pretty and small champagne flutes. Wine glass did just fine, and I don’t even care that much for whiskey. :)
