Found on Epicute, via I Can Has Cheezburger, my next chocolate to experience: Moonstruck Chocolatier.  

If their dark chocolate lab truffles (no pictures here since they don’t have anything but slideshows that I can find) are as good a quality of chocolate as they are cute, this will be a winner. I’m pretty damn picky about my chocolate though. Generally speaking, cute chocolate isn’t good quality. We shall see. Also going to try the dark chocolate toffee bites. And I’m sure I can find more dark chocolate there to try, though there does seem to be a larger proportion of milk chocolate, which just sets my teeth on edge.

The more chocolate I eat, the more I gravitate towards extremely dark blends. Less than 65% is too sweet to me.
